Spot Market Update: Mustard seed Surges At Jaipur Mandi

Steady trend prevailed in mustard seed market due to poor sowing progress of new mustard seed sowing acreage. The latest data compiled by Ministry of Agriculture stated that mustard seed sowing acreage declined by 2.35 lakh hectares so far in the current year. The spot prices of mustard seed rose by 0.20% to Rs 4321 per quintal in Jaipur today.
