Public issue of to 59,13,600* equity shares of face value Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Ramdevbaba Solvent Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs85 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs75 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs50.27 crores (the "Issue"). 3,13,600 equity shares aggregating to
Rs2.67 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 56,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at an issue price of Rs85 per equity share aggregating to Rs47.60 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.73% and 25.31% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
