Public issue of 55,53,000 equity shares of Rs10.00 each ("equity shares") of B&B Triplewall Containers Limited ("bbtcl" or the "company") for cash at a price of Rs36.00 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs26.00 per equity share (the "issue price"), aggregating Rs19.99 Crores ("the issue"), of which 2,79,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs36.00 per equity share, aggregating Rs1 (one) Crores will be reserved for the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue to public will be 52,74,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each for cash ata price of Rs36.00 per equity share, aggregating Rs18.99 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The public issue and the net issue will constitute 27.07%and 25.71%
Respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
