Initial Public Issue of 29,82,000 equity shares of a face value of Rs10 each (the "equity shares") of SBC Exports Limited ("the company"
or "sbc" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs22 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs12 per equity share) ("issue price")
aggregating to Rs6.56 Crores ("the issue") of which upto 1,50,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs22 per equity share aggregating
to Rs0.33 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market
maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 28,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at an issue price of Rs22 per equity share aggregating to Rs6.23 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.18% and 26.76%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price is Rs22 The issue price is 2.20 times of the face value.
