Hatsun Agro gallops as board to consider sale of windmill division Back

As per to the regulatory filing, the company's board will consider and approve the proposal for the sale of its windmill division by way of transfer of all the related assets and liabilities on a slump sale basis to the prospective buyer, at a price mutually agreeable to the company and the buyer.

The board will also decide the modalities of agreement to be entered in to by the company with the prospective buyer and treatment of sale transaction during the meeting.

Hatsun Agro Product manufactures and markets dairy products like milk, curd, ice creams, dairy whitener, skimmed milk powder, ghee, paneer, etc.

The company reported 39.06% decline in net profit to Rs 24.99 crore despite of 10% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 1,789.46 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
