Public issue of 10,56,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each of Dhanuka Realty Limited ("The company" or "The issuer") for cash at a price of Rs 40.00 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs30.00 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to Rs4.22 crores ("the issue"), of which 54,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each for a cash price of Rs40.00 per equity share, aggregating to Rs0.22 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The Issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 10,02,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each at an issue price of Rs40.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs4.01 crores (is hereinafter to as the "net issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.00% and 28.47%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price is Rs40 each. The issue price is 4.0 times of the face value.
